ChannelSight, leading providers of Buy Now technology, are delighted to announce their sponsorship of the Techies 4 Temple Street event taking place on July 6th in Dublin. Uniting the greatest of Irish tech start-ups, SMEs and tech multinationals, the ChannelSight team and over 1500 members will take to the streets of Dublin for this annual fun-filled treasure hunt that combines both outdoor activities and digital media challenges across the city to determine Ireland’s Smartest Techies.
Since the event began in 2015, Techies 4 Temple Street has raised over €600,000 for Temple Street, Ireland’s leading National Children’s Hospital, providing top care to over 145,000 patients each year across Ireland. “Now in its third year, Techies 4 Temple Street has already made a huge difference to Temple Street Children’s Hospital and its patients,” commented Denise Fitzgerald, CEO at Temple Street Foundation.
Bringing together the entire technology community and for such a rewarding cause, ChannelSight are excited to be involved again for a second year running. “While many tech companies claim to ‘make the world a better place’, the Techies 4 Temple Street event is a great way for the tech community to really get involved in something immediately tangible to help the most vulnerable children and families in society at their time of greatest need,” commented John Beckett, CEO, ChannelSight. “The treasure hunt itself is a really fun day out and involves great team building activities, but it’s the knowledge that we’re supporting the amazing, passionate people in Temple Street as they provide such important care to their little patients that is the real reward.
